I don't know whether this was going to be a washman or... like, something else.
It turned into a new character.

SO, uhm. This is Brother John. Everyone calls him Brother John- just 'cause. He works for the government, but does all the dirty work with the washmen. (Washmen that work for the government do all the low henchmen-ish work because they're basically beggers- like, asking the government for a cure and what not)
John is a little crazy, I guess, at times. He likes to find high places where he can see the whole city, and then he talks to it. More like insulting it or something-- I don't know. He calls it weak and breakable, but in his own words, like, "You're the glass city"/"you're no good"/"you will eventually fall apart" I DON'T KNOW HE'S WEIRD.

And he made me really mad. D:<
